Flat Roofs

Flat roofing systems are ideal for buildings that require low-pitch roof tops. Flat roofing systems last between 12-20 years with single-ply materials and 20 or more years when using fully soldered materials.

A flat roofing system is nearly level, usually with a pitch of 1/12 or less.

The most common materials used for flat roofing systems include TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen and fully soldered s-lock metal pans (18” x 24”).
